Submit support requests to us via email and receive priority assistance.

Under the terms of support cover we will provide technical assistance over the telephone and via email for the following types of enquiry;

  • Queries regarding functionality of the software
  • Set up and integration of the fully supported Payment Service Providers
  • Installation of patches and upgrades
