I have more than one domain/store, do I need more than one key?
Each key will work only on a single domain/store.
I have decided to change my store domain name, can I have a new key?
All keys are non transferable, if you decide to change domain after the key is generated, you will need to purchase a new key.
I can't get my key to work can you help?
Yes, we are happy to help if you encounter a problem generating or applying a Copyright Removal Key.
How quickly are keys issued after purchase?
Upon completion of a successful transaction, a key token will be added to your online account immediately. This will allow you to generate a key right away.
Can I purchase now and generate a key in a few months time?
Yes, once your key token is issued you don't have to use it right away. You can make use of it when you are ready to launch your store.
